Traffic Safety
We are very pleased that Guy Weadick has been able to add a second set of patrollers to our school. There are now patrollers on the West side of the school in the morning and afternoon. Thank you to all of our Grade 5 and 6 Patrollers who are helping our community and modelling safety at the crosswalks. Parents please ensure that you are obeying all traffic laws and note that the speed limit in the Playground Zone is 30 KM/HR. We appreciate everyone working together to keep all our students and community members safe.
Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2 and 3 Musical Performance
Students in Division 1 have been hard at work preparing for our upcoming musical titled, Cookies: The Musical. It will be held on Thursday, April 18. There will be two performances:
- Performance #1-1:30pm (PM Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2 and 3 students are in this performance)
- Performance #2-6:00 pm (AM and PM Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2 and 3 students are in this performance) Doors will open at 5:40pm for the evening performance.
All students in Kindergarten (AM & PM), Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 will need to return to the school at 5:40 pm on Thursday, April 18. When they arrive will go to their classes to prepare for the performance. Families will be welcomed into the gym at 5:40pm. Please reach out to your child’s teacher with any questions.
Our Grade 4, 5, and 6 students will be participating in a musical in May. More information will come out closer to the date.
