Guy Weadick students had a great month of October settling into routines, engaging in many different learning tasks and special events. Some of the things we are looking forward to in November include: an assembly in recognition of Remembrance Day and Student Learning Conferences at the end of the month.

Remembrance Day

Guy Weadick will be acknowledging Remembrance Day on Thursday, November 7. Our Grade 5/6 students will lead the school in an assembly starting at 10:30am, families are welcome to join us for the assembly. Club Weadick will also be performing.

Fall Break

Reminder that students have no school from Friday, November 8- Wednesday, November 13. Classes resume on Thursday, November 14.

Lunch Supervision

If your child stays for lunch at school please ensure that you have registered for lunchroom using your MyCBE parent account.

With the weather changing we are reminding students to remove their outdoor shoes/boots when they enter the school. Students should have a pair of indoor running shoes that stay at school. Please make sure that students indoor shoes are appropriate for participating in gym.
